They jumped the gun and filed their patent lawsuits ahead of schedule. Feisty pond scum if I ever saw any!
Ideally, our system is built on innocent-until-proven-guilty. But if it costs you hundreds of thousands of dollars to prove your innocence in court, what’s the point?
