Getting Answers To Your Questions

Mike Ash has a great post about getting answers to your technical questions.

This guide will walk you through ten basic things you can do to increase the chances of getting answers, and increase the quality of the answers you get. Getting a reply of rtfm! is considered failure, no better than no reply at all, and getting advice that solves your problem is success. All else is secondary to that.

If you’re at WWDC, then you need to take advantage of the labs. Your lab time will be more productive if you prepare your questions before hand. This article is a great checklist.
